Summary

This policy covers Atelier Advani LLC, this website, and our applications Modeliste, Regroove, and Podback. In plain terms:

• We do not operate user accounts for these applications.
• We do not add advertising or tracking SDKs to the applications. Apple may share crash and usage information with us when you test through TestFlight.
• Modeliste measurements and patterns, and Regroove audio and projects, stay on your device as described in their sections below.
• Podback keeps its library on your phone. Podcast delivery, discovery, AI features, and video involve third-party services; the Podback privacy policy explains those data flows.
• This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.

Who we are

Atelier Advani LLC is an independent software studio based in New York. We are the data controller for the limited information described in this policy. You can reach us at raj@atelieradvani.com.

Regroove

Regroove is a Mac application for repairing recorded DJ mixes. It opens the audio files you choose and analyses them on your own machine.

• All analysis, editing, and rendering happens locally. Your audio is never uploaded, and Regroove contains no networking code.
• Your original files are never modified. Edits are stored as project data alongside them, on your disk.
• There is no account, no licence server, and no usage reporting.

We are exploring optional features that would use a third-party service to help interpret analysis results. Nothing of that kind exists in the application today. If we add it, this policy will be updated first, the feature will be off by default, and we will ask before anything leaves your machine.

Modeliste

Modeliste is an application for drafting flat sewing patterns from body measurements. The measurements and patterns you create are stored on your device.

• Modeliste does not require an account and does not transmit your measurements or patterns to us.
• Body measurements can be sensitive. We treat them as data that belongs to you and that we have no reason to see.
• If you use your device's own backup or sync (for example iCloud), your files are handled under that provider's terms, not ours.

Podback

Podback is a podcast player for iPhone. Your library, playback positions, transcripts, and saved conversations are stored on your device. Your OpenAI API key and private-feed credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Podback contacts Apple’s podcast directory and podcast providers for search and delivery. Its AI features can send voice, episode details, transcript text, questions, and conversation context directly to OpenAI using your key. Topic and chapter generation can happen during listening, without a conversation. Video features connect to YouTube and Google.

This website

atelieradvani.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and loads no fonts, images, or code from third parties. We have not enabled request logging, so we do not keep a record of who visits.

The site is served from Amazon Web Services, which processes requests in order to deliver the page and may retain limited operational data under its own terms.

If you email us

When you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem you raised. Mail is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information a company holds about you, and to object to its use. Information we hold may include support correspondence, attachments you send, and beta-testing information. Write to us and we will act on your request. Information held by service providers is also subject to their policies and controls, described for Podback in its privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we never have.

Children

Our applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and revise the text. If a change ever means we start collecting something we do not collect today, we will say so plainly rather than quietly widening the wording.
